1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another email with tracking information when your package sets off on its journey.

We roast and ship fresh, so orders may take additional time during peak seasons or special promotions.

3. International Shipping
For our global explorers:

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time
4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order leaves our warehouse, it’s in the hands of the carrier. However, if your package appears lost or delayed:

Check the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

If tracking hasn’t updated in several days, contact us at expeditionsocietycoffee@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to help.

We are not responsible for stolen packages but recommend reaching out to your carrier or checking with neighbors if a delivery was marked as completed.
5. Address Changes & Order Modifications

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout!

If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us within 11 hours at expeditionsocietycoffee@gmail.com.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address or redirect the package.
6. Returns Due to Incorrect Address
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

We’ll contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

If you choose not to have the order reshipped, a refund (minus shipping costs) may be issued at our discretion.
