At Expedition Society Coffee, we stand by every journey—whether it’s an expedition into the unknown or simply your morning cup of adventure. If your gear (or coffee gear) isn’t up to the challenge, we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you’re properly equipped for the road ahead.

Returning an Item

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when it embarked on its journey—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase to guide the way.

To begin the return process, reach out to us at expeditionsocietycoffee@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back to base camp. Please note: Returns sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.

Damages & Wrong Orders

Inspect your gear upon arrival. If your order is damaged, defective, or not what you set out for, notify us immediately so we can set things right. Our mission is to ensure every adventurer has the right supplies for their trek.

Non-Returnable Items

Some provisions can’t be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (like coffee and other food items)

• Custom orders or personalized gear

• Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases, etc.)

• Personal care items

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, send us a message—we’re happy to help.

Exchanges

Need a different piece of gear? The best way to swap out an item is to return the original first. Once your return is accepted, you can set out on a fresh purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once your return arrives at base camp, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method. Keep in mind, it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to finalize the transaction.
